Kraft tips
Practical guidance for improving AI-personalised emails in PitchKraft.
What if some emails don’t seem to have much personalization?
If the research on the hook didn’t bring anything back, then the email might read more generic (still completely unique, though). If there is no information available then PitchKraft can’t invent it — and you wouldn’t want it to. If it happens often, then you might want to think about making the hook and the hook search terms that you have created in the blueprint builder broader or targeted differently.

Practical ways to improve your emails
Start with a focused personalisation hook. Describe what information matters for the audience and how it relates to your offer. If the online search finds little, adjust the search instructions instead of relying on generic language.
Review a sample first. Check that the details used are accurate and relevant before generating or sending a large campaign.
Refine the Blueprint. Use the reference email, tone, length, and special instructions to guide how PitchKraft writes each message. A strong Blueprint makes the difference between merely different emails and genuinely relevant ones.
Check the source evidence. Use the Insights area and source tooltips to confirm why individual statements appear.
Regenerate selectively. When a particular message needs adjustment, regenerate or edit that email rather than automatically overwriting reviewed emails across the campaign.
