Dashboard overview
The PitchKraft dashboard has two views: a guided setup for new users and an activity dashboard once the main steps are complete.
Two dashboard views
The dashboard changes as you start using PitchKraft. During your first setup, it guides you towards producing your first personalised emails. Once the major onboarding tasks have been completed, the screen becomes a performance overview showing account activity and contacts.
1. New-user dashboard: your setup checklist
When you first use PitchKraft, the dashboard welcomes you and displays your progress towards your first campaign. The setup checklist has four steps, with a progress indicator showing how many you have completed.

Import contacts
Import contacts from a spreadsheet; PitchKraft can map the columns automatically. You can also add contacts individually.
Import contactsWatch intro · Help and tips
Select any of the four tasks to see what is involved. The panel on the right explains the selected task, provides a direct action button and gives access to Watch intro and Help and tips.
Import contacts
Add people individually or import a spreadsheet. PitchKraft can map the spreadsheet columns automatically. These are the contacts you will use to create personalised emails.
Create a Blueprint
Build the instructions and email structure you want PitchKraft to use when writing to your audience. Your Blueprint guides the content and personalisation.
Create a campaign
Connect the relevant contact list or segment with your Blueprint, so PitchKraft knows both who to write to and how to write each message. See the Creating a campaign guide.
Kraft emails
Generate individual personalised emails for the campaign, then review the content and supporting research. See the Email generation guide.
Important: The onboarding checklist has four steps, not the seven steps shown in the previous version of this guide. Configuring mail, sending and analysing results are additional workflows, rather than items in this initial checklist.
2. Dashboard after setup: performance and activity
After you complete the major setup steps, PitchKraft shows a fuller dashboard focused on what is happening in your account. Instead of the four-step checklist, you see summary cards, activity over time and your contacts.

Summary cards
The top row shows six labelled measures: Unread emails, Total contacts, Emails krafted, Emails sent, Send rate and Kraft rate. These let you check the figures and activity shown for the selected view without visiting each section separately.
Emails krafted vs sent
The activity chart compares the volume of emails krafted with emails sent over the selected period. Use the date control (shown as Today in the example) to select the period you want to examine.
All contacts
The contacts table shows records including the person's name, email address, company, job title, country and status. It includes a search field and pagination controls, so you can find and review contacts directly from the dashboard.
You'll also see Setup complete at the top of the dashboard, alongside access to Help and tips and a refresh control.
3. Navigation and account controls
The sidebar is available in both dashboard views. Use it to open Dashboard, Contacts, Blueprints, Campaigns, Kraft emails, Mail and Settings. Some sections have an arrow to reveal additional options.
The header has a workspace selector and displays your account controls, including available credits, the LinkedIn extension download, Upgrade and Logout. The precise figures depend on the account you are using.
If you want to return to this overview from another section, choose Dashboard in the sidebar.
