Creating a campaign
Connect a contact list or segment with a Blueprint to generate personalised emails for your audience.
What is a campaign in PitchKraft?
A campaign connects a particular contact list, or a segment of that list, with an email Blueprint. The Blueprint guides how each email is written; the list or segment determines who the emails are for. This lets you produce individually personalised emails for the audience you want to reach.
With your contacts loaded and your Blueprint ready, you can bring them together in Campaigns.
Before you create a campaign
- Prepare your contacts. Make sure the relevant contacts are available in PitchKraft and identify the list or segment you want to use.
- Prepare your Blueprint. Check that the campaign's message, personalisation hook and instructions match the audience.
- Connect them in Campaigns. Use the campaign workflow to associate the selected contacts with the selected Blueprint, then review your setup.
- Review generated messages. When you generate the Kraft Emails, inspect a sample of the output and its supporting Insights before you send or export.
Different segments can use separate campaigns so that their messaging remains focused.

After creating the campaign
Use Kraft Emails to generate and review the personalised messages. If you want to inspect where a personalised detail came from, use the source evidence shown in the Insights area and email tooltips.
