Campaign tips
Practical ways to keep campaigns focused, consistent and easier to review.
Use a separate campaign for each audience segment
When different groups of contacts have different priorities, create separate campaigns. For example, a technology-leadership audience and a marketing-leadership audience may need different messages, even when your underlying service is the same.
Separate campaigns make it easier to keep the intended audience, message and review process clear.
Reuse a Blueprint when appropriate
PitchKraft lets you use the same Blueprint across multiple campaigns. This is useful when you want a consistent message framework for different lists or segments without rebuilding it from scratch.
If you want to change the hook, tone or other instructions substantially, review the Blueprint first to make sure it remains suitable for each segment.
Check the first emails before generating at scale
Review early results to confirm the audience is correct, that personalisation matches the purpose of the campaign, and that the messages follow your intended tone and instructions.
Use visible source evidence to inspect supporting research for important personalised statements. When the source information does not support a claim, adjust the message or the research instructions before using it.
Quick campaign checklist
- Is the right contact list or segment selected?
- Does the Blueprint address this audience and campaign goal?
- Are the personalisation instructions specific enough to produce relevant email content?
- Have you reviewed sample messages and the source evidence?
- Are you ready to generate the rest of the emails or use them in your sending workflow?
