The personalization search describes the specific insight you want PitchKraft to find online for each prospect for the personalization hook so make sure you have that hook written first. It turns your personalization idea (the personalization hook) into clear research instructions, so PitchKraft knows which facts to search for online.
A good personalization search focuses on one or to main questions you want answered about the prospect, not every possible detail about the company.
Think of the personalization search as a sentence that finishes the phrase: “PitchKraft should look online to find out whether/what/if/…”
Once the personalization search is clear, PitchKraft can find the results of the online research for each of your contacts so that information relevant to your email theme is used in each of your hyper-personalized emails.
For example, you might want to know whether the company has invested in a particular technology, run events on a certain topic, has experience with the service you are selling, is interested in it, published content aimed at a specific audience etc etc etc.
Here are some examples of the personalization searchs for the real-world examples we use throughout our knowledge base. Also included are the themes and personalization hooks so you can see how the personalization searchs evolve from them.
